It requires presence, dedication, and a deep connection to the community. Enter Sanjana Chakrabarty, known throughout the convention circuits as "The Empress." Kolkata Comic Con 2025: Not only did she dominate the stage by winning the coveted Group Category, but her commanding presence also landed her a feature in the event's official video.
Anime India Kolkata: Proved her versatility by clinching 3rd place in both the highly competitive Curtain Call and the Show and Tell Cosplay Competitions.
Kolkata Comics Carnival 6.0: Earned a Special Mention for her outstanding execution.
Her footprint spans across almost every major gathering in the region, including standout appearances at Bankai Beats, IEM ComicVerse, Yaa Fest 3.0, Poila Parbon 2, and Shibuya Nights.
In the highly competitive world of cosplay, it’s easy to get lost in the pursuit of perfection. For Sanjana, however, the art form is deeply rooted in connection.
