The curses are multiplying, the domains are expanding, and studio MAPPA has officially given us our first glimpse at the highly anticipated next chapter. The animation powerhouse just dropped the first teaser trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 4: The Culling Game Part 2.

Shota Goshozono, who directed Season 2 and Season 3's Culling Game Part 1, is stepping into the role of Chief Director for the upcoming season. Taking over the main directorial duties for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 4 is Takeru Sato, who previously served as an assistant and episode director during Season 3.

The teaser delivers exactly what manga fans have been begging for: a high-stakes look at Kinji Hakari’s chaotic, gambling-themed domain Expansion going head-to-head with Hajime Kashimo’s lethal lightning energy. The hype doesn't stop there—we also see Special Grade sorcerer Yuki Tsukumo teaming up with Choso to make a desperate stand against Kenjaku, followed by glimpses of Maki’s brutal, fully realized evolution.

Though MAPPA hasn’t locked down a concrete premiere date, industry expectations place the highly anticipated Season 4 release sometime in 2027. Until then, you can stream all previous seasons on Crunchyroll and Netflix to refresh your memory on the Culling Game chaos!
